Director of Marketing
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

We’re seeking a Director of Marketing who’s both a player and a coach to maintain our brand, digital presence and help build lead generation campaigns. This is an extremely dynamic role with an internal agency atmosphere. The role is a creative one and you’ll be reporting into senior leadership, so it’s crucial that the right resource brings the ability to communicate effectively throughout all of the levels of our organization. It requires continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors along with managing simultaneous and incongruent projects and your team.

Demonstrable experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns in a fluid, fast paced environment would be ideal for this role.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for new and existing services 
  • Building brand awareness and positioning 
  • Set and administer an annual marketing budget 
  • Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions 
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team 
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary 
  • Provide the tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively 
  • Manager and refine the organization’s social media presence 
  • Manage and measure marketing campaign costs 
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPI’s 
  • Create and maintain websites through a variety of CMSs Webflow, PageCloud, and Proprietary 
  • Layout and produce webinars for lead generation 
  • Perform basic onsite SEO optimization 
  • Build documents to supplement frontline sales team efforts

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience
  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS 
  • Experience creating, curating and scheduling social media content in platforms like HootSuite 
  • Technical understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords platforms (Google Tag Manager is a plus) 
  • Technical understanding of social media advertising platforms 
  • Technical understanding of Facebook Business Manager 
  • A self-starter, able to learn new technologies and practices quickly utilizing online resources 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a single time

Salary and bonus are available, commensurate with experience and personal/corporate performance in this role.
