A minimum of 3 years of experience, along with a proven track record of strategic, entrepreneurial and creative success.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a higher education culture that is
results-oriented and fast paced. Strong project management, an ability to build collaborative
relationships with colleagues and the ability to work within established
deadlines across a complex organization. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as budget
oversight and management skills are essential. Close attention to detail and the ability to stay ahead of industry
trends, particularly from a campaign stewardship perspective, is important. Commitment to Marquette’s character as an urban institution, its goals,
mission, and Jesuit Catholic tradition. Excellent analytical and communication skills, including demonstrated
experience of interpreting data to inform business practices. Proficiency with databases and in data analysis tools such as Excel or other data visualization tools. Ability to express
information clearly and concisely, whether orally or in writing. Discretion and
