Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Marketing Manager, who will manage the Marketing Communications team serving Ziegler product divisions. This position is responsible for managing the creation, implementation, and measurement of customer-focused lead-generation marketing campaigns supporting sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales and Marketing department integration and initiatives through mutually beneficial relationships with Ziegler division management, product managers, and executive team 
  • Manage a team of Marketing Project Managers responsible for creating and implementing strategic lead-generation marketing campaigns with integrated tactics and content that supports consistent messaging across multiple communication channels 
  • Drive consistent evaluation of marketing campaigns with documented results that tie to pre-established lead and sales goals 
  • Manage external creative resources for marketing execution 
  • Set and manage marketing communications budgets 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and establish new protocols to support Marketing department growth 
  • Guide internal resources within Marketing department 
  • Lead others in the understanding of their work in support of broader marketing and business plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related business field strongly preferred. 
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience required, with construction and/or agriculture marketing experience desired. 
  • Management experience required 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail 
  • Mature professional demeanor and leadership abilities 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Travel:

  • Up to 10% travel
