The Donor Development and Marketing Associate is responsible for performing outreach recruitment to grow the Rebiotix Donor Program enrollment numbers. This position requires a self-starter with an outgoing personality possessing excellent oral and written skills and a high degree of organization. The Donor Development Associate will be responsible for independently introducing the Rebiotix Donor Program to nearby businesses, gain agreement to host informational sessions, and conduct virtual and in-person presentations. The Donor Development Associate will also be responsible for utilizing external marketing partnerships to achieve monthly donor goals. Experience with metrics creation and analysis is necessary for tracking inbound leads, conversion rate of the marketing tools being utilized, and cold call conversions. Job duties will include, but are not limited to: collateral creation, tracking conversion rates of external marketing, maintaining weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), recommend new methods to enhance recruitment numbers, and connect with local events/foundations to expand the overall reach of the Donor Program.
