The Donor Development and Marketing Associate is responsible for performing outreach recruitment to grow the Rebiotix Donor Program enrollment numbers. This position requires a self-starter with an outgoing personality possessing excellent oral and written skills and a high degree of organization. The Donor Development Associate will be responsible for independently introducing the Rebiotix Donor Program to nearby businesses, gain agreement to host informational sessions, and conduct virtual and in-person presentations. The Donor Development Associate will also be responsible for utilizing external marketing partnerships to achieve monthly donor goals. Experience with metrics creation and analysis is necessary for tracking inbound leads, conversion rate of the marketing tools being utilized, and cold call conversions. Job duties will include, but are not limited to: collateral creation, tracking conversion rates of external marketing, maintaining weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), recommend new methods to enhance recruitment numbers, and connect with local events/foundations to expand the overall reach of the Donor Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase Donor Program enrollment. 
  • Presenting and educating to groups of people about the Donor Program. 
  • PowerPoint creation and edits. 
  • Creation of marketing materials based on the overall Rebiotix brand. 
  • Donor Referral Bonus Program communications creation and editing. 
  • KPI assessment/build to achieve Donor Goals. 
  • Maintain Donor Recruitment Flow Chart. 
  • Maintain Donor Recruitment Timeline. 
  • Maintain recruitment conversion funnels. 
  • Message Map additions. 
  • Build upon Donor Recruitment scripts. 
  • Research potential marketing partnerships, contact, assess options based on available budget, decided on partnerships, obtain contracts, fulfill agreement, and analyze the ROI (Return On Investment). 
  • Edits to marketing partnership options (PowerPoint). 
  • Creation and edits to Donor Program Budget based on recruitment needs. 
  • Research foundations, events, and organizations for potential partnership. 
  • SOW creation for media partnerships. 
  • Continuous build of Local Business contact list. 
  • Conduct internal presentations for the Donor Referral Bonus Program. 
  • Conduct annual Donor Program survey to review what gaps there are in the program.

Requirements:

  • Public speaking (Sales, Training or Management experience a plus). 
  • Ability to hit required enrollment rates. 
  • Cold calling. 
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. 
  • Work within a budget. 
  • Collaboration. 
  • Experience in a controlled, regulated work environment. 
  • Maintain professional tone and appearance. 
  • Must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written). 
  • Digital marketing and social media knowledge. 
  • Experience with marketing process and contract negotiation. 
  • Must be detail oriented and able to follow specific work instructions. 
  • Willing to accept feedback and adapt presentations/marketing as needed.
