Donor Relations Manager

YWCA Madison is seeking candidates for a Donor Relations Manager.

The Donor Relations Manager is responsible for supporting a culture of philanthropy to ensure sustained funding for mission related programs, creating lasting relationships with donors and volunteers, and raising the profile of YWCA in the community.

A bachelor’s degree or three to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in addition to including 2 years supervisory/management experience.

Candidates should support the mission of the YWCA: elimination of racism and empowerment of women, demonstrate multi-cultural competency and the ability to work with diverse populations. People of color and individuals bilingual/bi-cultural in English/Spanish are encouraged to apply. Candidates must pass a caregivers background check.

Starting salary is $60,000 annually.

This is a full-time (36 hours per week) position.
