Crane Engineering brings together people, products, and experience to help our customers perform better. We are seeking a driven, experienced e-commerce professional to manage and drive our Unilog based e-commerce store. This position is responsible for driving growth and revenue through our current customer base and new customers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates and promotes Crane’s core values (act with Integrity and Respect, foster Teamwork, Focus on the Customer, strives for Excellence and Innovation, project Passion and Energy and have Fun) 
  • Responsible for the organization’s e-commerce objectives, initiatives, and results 
  • Manages SKUs on the e-commerce store (adding and removing SKUs, product data enrichment) 
  • Collaborates with developers to improve UX and maximize the customer experience 
  • Uses analytics to monitor campaign and page performance for areas of improvement 
  • Assists in crafting targeted promotions around featured brands, products and shopping cart abandonment 
  • Promotes the e-store and trains internal and external customers on store functionality 
  • Assists with onboarding customers through demos and account approval 
  • Prepares weekly reporting on promotions, site traffic, and sales 
  • Focuses on the future, consistently bringing new ideas to grow the e-commerce channel 
  • Collaborates to maintain system integration and ensure order fulfillment 
  • Creates e-commerce email campaigns and workflows 
  • Creates and publishes social media content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in e-commerce/web design 
  • Proven experience of e-commerce site management 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required 
  • Experience with responsive/mobile web design 
  • Thorough knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy 
  • Technical, hands-on understanding of web design, architecture and management 
  • Sales focused, with ability to exercise analytical, strategic, and product management skills 
  • Superior communication, creative problem solving skills 
  • Experience with PPC (Pay Per Click) campaigns, Google Analytics, punchout, B2B e-commerce ecosystem and ERP Software a plus 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite for Web a plus
