E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of strategies and execution of digital marketing for Florence Eiseman, a wholesale and online retail company, headquartered in Milwaukee, specializing in children’s fashion. Founded in 1945, this enduring brand is known for simple, classic designs that are durable and iconic - worn by America’s “royal” children, from the Kennedys to the Carters (that’s Queen Bey & Jay Z - to those in the know).

FlorenceEisman.com celebrates year-over-year growth, and much like the kids who wear the fashions, they’re not going to stop growing anytime soon. That’s why the brand needs a talented, hands-on digital marketing director who can strategically align the digital channels and ecommerce site to attract today’s buyers, while maintaining the loyalty of four generations of customers.

The company boasts a lean and agile team. Over the years they’ve used both agencies and freelance professionals to manage the design and completion of the work in their digital channels. As they’ve grown, they’ve recognized the value in having a dedicated e-commerce marketing manager who can address the full scope of digital campaigns, from concept to analytics, to streamline processes and accelerate execution.
