Brad’s Deals, the popular publisher of each day’s top deals and coupons, is looking for an E-Mail Marketing all-star to join our growing team of expert dealfinders, marketers and technologists. The E-mail Marketing Manager supports the Director, Online Marketing in the strategy for growth and segmentation of the e-mail marketing program.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage the planning, development and execution of email marketing programs, including brand messaging, segmented and triggered campaigns and refine strategies based upon market changes, test results and findings.
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists
  • Analyze key sending variables (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, failed emails etc.).
  • Address any significant variances and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Leverage email marketing tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention, lead nurturing, and up-sell programs
  • Develop an email acquisition strategy and execution
  • Test and analyze new customer segments providing what if scenarios to Director, Online Marketing for consideration.
  • Work with sales team in developing and executing lead nurturing and drip campaigns
  • Map out segmentation and contact strategy based on customer preference, past email performance and marketing objectives.
  • Set up segments initially and for any new segment for inclusion in email campaigns.
  • Partner with Editor and Partner Relations teams in developing customer segmentation and contact strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations.

Education/Experience:

  • Four-year degree required, Marketing or Business preferred. MBA a plus 
  • 5+ years relevant email marketing experience; retail industry preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of eCommerce or direct to consumer experience required; retail industry preferred 

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Solid understanding of web analytics 
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
