How this opportunity is different
These roles fall under Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into; the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. Bring the latest knowledge and creative graphic design skills that will inspire creative excellence across our North American Commercial Risk, Health Solutions and Wealth Solutions offerings. This position will require strong conceptual design skills and creative passion.
We are seeking a graphic designer to join our creative team. Operating like an agency, but within the stability of a global 1000 firm, we are seeking a design specialist to assist on deliverables to help the firm win new business and retain clients. We are a fast-paced team that works closely with our account and sales teams to create visual messaging that tells the Aon story. You will report directly to a North American Creative Manager, which will provide you with the support and direction to grow as an in-house corporate designer.
