ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY:

Multi-Brand Order Fulfillment (40%)

  • Facilitate Amazon, Chewy and third-party marketplace order fulfillment including order confirmations, order entry, shipping coordination and invoicing for multiple brands. 
  • Support day-to-day activities with potential and existing ecommerce D2C and B2B platforms including two Shopify brand websites, Amazon, Chewy, and other third-party marketplaces. 
  • Primary contact for Amazon, Chewy and third-party marketplaces for order fulfillment, new item setup, product discontinuations, and account management issues. 

Promotional Reconciliation and Forecasting (30%)

  • Reconcile credit requests and maintain reporting for B2B and D2C eCommerce promotions and credits. 
  • Research and reconcile account discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy in credits issued. 
  • Maintain forecasting models to maintain optimal levels of inventory. 

B2B & D2C Sales Reporting (15%)

  • Compile monthly sales and KPI reports across D2C and B2B sales platforms. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve KPIs and drive incremental sales. 

MRP Enforcement (15%)

  • Protect the eCommerce marketplace through diligent monitoring of MRP policy and enforcement.

SUCCESS FACTOR SNAPSHOT:

First 30 days:

  • Develop an intimate understanding of our organization, mission, culture, team, products and role expectations through company-paid on the job training. 
  • Complete training in ERP and eCommerce vendor systems and assume responsibility for order fulfillment, with oversight. 

First 60 days:

  • Complete training in all related Analytics tools and assume responsibility for development and delivery of sales and KPI reports, with oversight. 
  • Complete training in Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Chewy VDS and other eCommerce platforms and inventory management, with oversight. 

First 90 days:

  • Complete training in promotional reconciliations and issuance of appropriate credit notes, with oversight. 
  • Assume full responsibility for order fulfillment and reporting across all platforms. 

First 120 days:

  • Assume full responsibility for promotional reconciliation and issuance of credit notes. 

Ongoing:

  • Maintain and update SOP library for customer support. 
  • 100% accuracy in order acknowledgement, order entry, invoicing and promotional reconciliations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or equivalent business experience 

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support role. 
  • Experience with Amazon, eBay, Chewy or other third-party marketplace platforms strongly preferred. 
  • Proficient in Excel with a familiarity of Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, and/or Google Analytics preferred. 

Background check, pre-employment drug screen and industry non-compete are required. Position resides at our corporate office in Green Bay, WI. No relocation package available.
