We are on the hunt for a versatile, digital maven with a knack for D2C e-commerce strategy and an affinity for the customer journey. Dubbed our eCommerce Content Manager, you will manage and execute key web experience projects and priorities across pcnametag.com. As our online store curator, you will also be responsible for bringing new products online, maintaining existing products, overseeing new and existing web projects and conducting routine web maintenance.

The Life of an eCommerce Content Manager:

  • Manage and maintain product presentation on website to ensure categorization, images, copy, pricing, reviews and promotional offers are accurate
  • Maintain website’s search module including but not limited to banner ads, product promotions and analytics
  • Establish website performance metrics that are reported on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Communicate website’s project and program strategy, direction, and changes to key stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates and budgets for web-related projects and digital programs
  • Oversee the website’s technical SEO, including but not limited to site architecture, load speeds, bounce rates and mobile friendliness
  • Create and maintain funnels, events, goals and dashboards within Google Analytics 360
  • Assist with routine maintenance of website, smoke testing and additional add-ons
  • Help maintain and develop online procedure guides and knowledge documents

This Role is for You if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in e-commerce, Adobe Commerce platform preferred
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using search engine optimization software, Semrush preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to turn data into action-oriented decisions
  • Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight and competing deadlines
  • Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, path-to-purchase optimization, and traffic analysis
  • Work location options: ability to either work on-site full-time, in a hybrid environment or remote. Remote option is available, living within the Midwest region is preferred as we will meet quarterly on-site.
