Lamplight, a W.C. Bradley Company, is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Beginning in 1964, Lamplight pioneered the development of an indoor lamp oil that was specially formulated to burn without smoke and odor. Lamplight expanded its line of indoor oil lamps and oil by illuminating yards with its outdoor torches and citronella fuel. To further build its position in the outdoor torch category, Lamplight acquired TIKI® Brand in 2001 and quickly started designing new TIKI® Brand products to appeal to a wide variety of people with different backyards, patios, and decks.

Today, Lamplight continues to enter exciting new territory with more stylish designs and innovative products like TIKI® Brand BiteFighter® Torch Fuel, which provides proven mosquito repellency, and TIKI® Brand Clean Burn™ Outdoor Tabletop Firepieces and Torch Fuel, which dramatically reduce soot and smoke. Position Details

eCommerce Demand Marketing Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Menomonee Falls, WI

Drive product demand and brand interest in the eCommerce sales channel through inbound marketing for the TIKI® Brand, as well as content and asset activation across all digital platforms including PPC, Search, Display, Amazon, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the TIKI® brand site experience, its development and performance includingdirect-to-consumer (D2C) product pages and order processing. 
  • Manage the retailer/external website product page experience, includinggenerating/syndicating ratings and reviews as well as site search improvement. 
  • Manage all eCommerce and D2C promotional programs; develop program strategies and conductdetailed analysis. 
  • Plan, develop, and adjust conversion-driving advertising across Google (including Search,Shopping, Display, Discovery and YouTube) Facebook/Instagram, Amazon, and similar platforms asappropriate. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to include Brand/Marketing for content assets, emails andsocial posts to support demand generation. 
  • Manage the total go-to-market program for eCommerce in partnership with Brand/Marketing. 
  • Participate in the planning and execution of consumer data programs; use appropriate consumer data to improve performance and conversions. 
  • May serve as a primary point-of-contact for D2C orders. 
  • May manage external agencies and resources to support eCommerce demand generation. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, InformationTechnology, or a related field of study.

Minimum Work Experience:

  • Three (3) years of eCommerce marketing and digital advertisingexperience. License(s) /
