Responsibilities:
Oversee smooth daily operation of the ecommerce experience
- Seasonal messaging and merchandising pages
- Product and sales channel management
- Offers / discounts
- Collaborate with floral, customer experience, marketing and technology teams
Grow ecommerce conversion rates, order size, customer retention and revenue by leveraging the full capabilities of Shopify
- Improve customer communication, both transactional and lifecycle / segmented, via email and SMS communications
- Manage and test offers and discounts, including segmentation. Page layout, upsell testing, and price testing
- Launch and manage a loyalty or membership program to grow our loyalist segment, increasing number of loyal customers, LTV and satisfaction
- Automate review collection
Expand and manage the sales channels, including ad feeds, social channels, and Shopify
Contribute to SEO and Paid Media performance, in collaboration with Tech and Marketing teams
Collaborate with Customer Experience to proactively address issues with the shopping experience
