In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to be a key part of a rapidly growing CPG brand. You’ll contribute to our rapid eCommerce growth by developing digital marketing campaigns across multiple sales channels. You will also be responsible for the continuous development and management of ecommerce content creation and identify data-driven insights to improve performance.

  • Manage, optimize, and grow all online sales channels (including but not limited to Shopify, Google, Faire, Amazon, Walmart.com) 
  • Work with Marketing team to develop strategies and recommendations for tactical investments tied to improving our eCommerce site traffic, customer UX, conversion rate and sales performance. 
  • Manage day-to-day strategy and deployment of email marketing campaigns. 
  • Track and analyze campaigns, measuring effectiveness & ROI, for all types of email and digital campaigns. 
  • Report on performance on a weekly, quarterly basis and ad hoc basis as needed. 
  • Continually work to improve all KPIs: deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns. 
  • Work alongside third-party agency to analyze and apply SEO best practices and strategies 
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of paid search and social campaigns. 
  • Identify and manage new online sales platforms 
  • Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and employee safety programs 
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Related Field 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce management; experience with Shopify a plus, but not required. 
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills 
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools; Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, etc. 
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented and ability to work independently 
  • This position is mostly sedentary however some tasks may require lifting, bending or standing
