The Email Marketing Associate is responsible for the planning, development and execution of client email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Associate will work to develop effective strategy, content, segmentation and personalization to achieve client objectives. The primary responsibility is to service clients who engage RyTech for email marketing services in one-time, monthly, or strategic partnerships (B2C, B2B, ecommerce). It's important that you are passionate, self-motivated, resourceful, and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Build and deploy multiple email marketing sends weekly for a variety of clients 
  • Work cross-functionally with clients and the internal content team 
  • Provide an actionable plan for list management, email campaign project management, email optimization and testing 
  • Aid in defining customer segments and developing more personalized and engaging email templates 
  • Ability to manage the email creative process from start to finish (copywriting, briefing a graphic design team, etc.) 
  • Monitor and evaluate new and innovative email trends 
  • Track and report on email campaigns in order to guide improvements 
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices in the industry 

Education & Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant email marketing experience. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of major email marketing software - MailChimp, Constant Contact, preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Canva a plus, but not necessary.
  • Salary ($40,000-$45,000/year)
