Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and budget yearly email channel sales forecast, expenses and staffing requirements; monitor and report performance on an ongoing basis.
Partner with ecommerce team and creative to design email content and website experiences that are optimized for conversion on all platforms.
Create customer segmentation strategy in partnership with Customer Insights team that align with short and long-term merchandising strategies.
Partner with Web Merchandising and Business Management teams to forecast and deliver on sales plans by balancing inventory and promotion levels.
Maintain a culture of rigorous testing and optimization - within emails (send time, subject lines) and on-site (message alignment, landing pages, content, etc.).
Manage partnership with Email Software Services Provider and consultants to ensure Duluth Trading performance exceeds industry benchmarks.
Align email program with advertising, promotion and editorial calendars.
Ensure Duluth Trading’s CRM strategy incorporates and leverages email data, and that email program leverages web, catalog, retail and call center data.
