The Email Marketing Product Owner is responsible for leading and owning their Technology strategy and execution for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email, sms and marketing promotions. Primary owner of decisions, tasks, and prioritization. Oversees the Visual Designer, Email System Specialist, and SFMC Solution Architect. Works hand in hand with Marketing Managers to ensure email request priority and accuracy. Requires background in email marketing and comfort discussing technical issues.
This position will require you to be both a customer and organizational advocate, recommend tests and suggestions on creative/design iterations based on data, have a relentless drive and passion for the customer, and will roll up your sleeves to execute. This role will provide data-backed solutions to give voice and context to the customer experience including design, configuration, and testing activities on email marketing, member-facing platforms, member promotions and more.
