Position Details

Email Marketing Specialist
Twin Cities Metro
Eden Prairie, MN

The Email Specialist will support CRM multichannel initiatives within Lifetouch Enterprise Marketing. This role is responsible for building emails end to end; from the campaign segmentation to adding creative Photoshop files and deployment. This individual will work cross-functionally to deliver on key initiatives and integrated campaigns.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with business stakeholders to understand the desired customer experience for our acquisition, retention and transactional communications. 
  • Utilizing modules such as Content Builder, Journey Builder, Ad Studio, and SMS. 
  • Perform activities such as audience selection, segmentation, trigger qualification business rules and suppressions. 
  • Perform list pulls for email and direct mail. 
  • Ensure campaigns are appropriately QA tested end to end, before going live. 
  • Solid understanding of Marketing Cloud email tracking 
  • Understanding of how to create Salesforce reports and dashboards using SFMC reporting tools

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Marketing or equivalent experience.


  • Creative problem-solving skills coupled with a curiosity mindset. 
  • Analytical mindset to be able to diagnose problems and identify and implement solutions. 
  • 1-2 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot experience. 
  • Experience with data extensions, automations, custom journeys, Ampscript 
  • A SalesForce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus 
  • Experience with Movable Ink is a plus 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL 
  • Organized work ethic with attention detail
