The Emerging Markets Marketing Manager will ensure execution of the Emerging Markets marketing plan (corrections facilities, FQHC's, community health, clinics, etc). This is a remote opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Emerging Markets Marketing Director to ensure execution of Emerging Markets marketing plan.
  2. Develop effective and measurable B2B marketing tactics nationally based on deep understanding of customer channel (corrections facilities, FQHC's, community health, clinics, etc.). 
  3. Assist with the planning and execution of external industry events and digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and new lead generation. 
  4. Become knowledgeable on key market segment and be able to integrate voice of customer into marketing strategies and tactics. 
  5. Design and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. 
  6. Drive a variety of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to content creation, content curation, social media, and event management. 
  7. Build relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors) 
  8. Manage budget and allocate/invest funds wisely 
  9. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business degree preferred

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years success in a marketing role and experience in healthcare industry preferred 
  • Experience with B2B, digital, and event marketing a plus 
  • Understanding of Medicaid and Government funded programs a plus

Other:

  • Up to 30% business travel required 
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environment 
  • Excellent project management skills, including management of agencies and vendors to ensure execution 
  • Superior communication skills including ability to develop superior slide presentations and deliver formal business presentations 
  • Initiative – ability to independently problem solve and find resolutions 
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities;
  • Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or results 
  • Core marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunities
