Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with M3’s Employee Benefits franchise teams to develop and deliver effective employee communications. 
  • Effectively create detailed and appealing content and templates for clients to use with their employees. Manage and maintain Employee Benefits Communications SharePoint and Templafy sites to equip Employee Benefits franchise teams with employee-facing stock content to leverage with their clients as appropriate. 
  • Collaborate with M3 Marketing Team as needed to ensure that select content is consistent with M3’s branding guidelines. 
  • Stay informed on industry communication trends and best practices.

Employee Communications Support

Responsibility or Duty:

  • Partner with clients and account teams to create communications plans, content and templates. 
  • Execute and deliver content as prescribed in communication plans, including content in traditional and multi-media formats. 
  • Provide guidance to clients on visual and content consistency for all communications. 
  • Reviews clients’ communication inquiries and initiates responses. 
  • Consistently ensure templates and content are up to date to support M3`s branding requirements. 
  • Assist with delivering internal education to staff (Account Executives, Client Service Representatives, and Leadership) regarding communication tool and resources.

Education:

Preferred

  • Bachelors or better in Communication or related field.

Experience:

Required

  • Is proficient in Microsoft Windows-based software applications, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Is able to work between typical office hours Monday through Friday. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field from a four-year college or university preferred; OR 3+ years experience in communications or content design.
