In this position, you will get to:

  • Lead communications planning, counsel and support for our Chief Human Resources Officer 
  • Partner with our Human Resources centers of excellence (e.g., talent management, compensation, talent acquisition) and other HR teams to plan, write and deliver communication about HR cycles, development opportunities and the employee experience to help us retain and attract employees 
  • Bring bold ideas and creativity to gather and share stories from our locations around the globe about our people and culture 
  • Shoot and edit videos and photography to add the human element and deliver engaging, multimedia communications 
  • Design and expand our employee dialogue strategy to further engage our 10,000 employees around the globe 
  • Be part of an energetic and talented team of communicators who are building a reputation of strategic, creative work focused on our employees

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Prefer in Communications, Journalism or closely related discipline 
  • 8+ years of employee/internal communications, preferably in engagement and culture communications 
  • Experience planning, writing, editing and publishing messages via a variety of channels to reach a diverse, global employee audience 
  • Executive communications counseling and support 
  • Two-way communication/dialogue to engage employees 
  • Human Resources communications support a plus 
  • Video/photography and editing a plus
