Position Summary:

As a Global Employer Brand Specialist - you will articulate and promote our employer brand through strategic storytelling to position Kraft Heinz as a top employer. This includes working directly with our international teams to locally adapt and activate campaigns in alignment with our global brand strategy. This is a highly collaborative role that sits within Talent Attraction and works cross-functionally with HR Business Partners - University Relations - Corporate Affairs - Communications - Marketing - and Diversity & Inclusion. This role is global in scope and scale.

Reporting to the Global Head of Employer Brand - you’ll help communicate the attributes of Kraft Heinz as an employer by deploying our content and communications strategy and crafting brand narratives that resonate with key audiences. The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful go-getter who is nimble and agile in ever-changing environments. Success in this role is rooted in understanding our target audiences - questioning the norm- and translating key initiatives into crisp action plans. You’ll be a:

  • Quarterback of integrated communications- supporting both recruitment and business goals 
  • Creator of real-time- campaign-based- and evergreen content tailored to connect with our candidates and celebrate our employees 
  • Manager of our social channels who nurtures relationships- maintains our brand voice- and polishes our digital first impression 
  • Merchandiser of our employer brand who gets the word out that Kraft Heinz is a desirable place to bring your appetite for more

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with international teams to deliver our global employer brand strategy + message across 140 countries 
  • Manage content and all daily external + internal engagement for all employer brand owned channels; be the community manager across LinkedIn - Facebook - Instagram - Twitter - Glassdoor - and the KHC careers website - as well as across all emerging job boards or platforms 
  • Develop maintain an always-on-audience-first content calendar that connects to every touchpoint of the candidate / employee journey and drives a consistent heartbeat of brand awareness 
  • Liaise between agencies - vendors - and freelancers to develop brand assets and facilitate launch project initiatives 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deploy integrated employee engagement and communication plans 
  • Identify and build relationships across the organization with employee ambassadors; create content to showcase their evangelism externally as third-party advocacy 
  • Monitor and track employer brand health and efficacy using owned insights and social listening tools to benchmark performance and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required with focus in advertising - marketing - journalism or communications 
  • Experience in social media management - communications - advertising and/or public relations working on a consumer-facing brand 
  • Ability to seamlessly manage projects across a dynamic and cross-functional international scale 
  • Passionate about people - stories - and finding authentic points of connection with candidates and employees 
  • Creative thinker with a flair for the written word 
  • Strong attention to detail - with ability to prioritize tasks and react to change with ease and agility
