Alegeus Technologies is the market leader in consumer directed healthcare (CDH) solutions, offering the industry’s most comprehensive platform for the administration of healthcare benefit accounts (including FSAs, HSAs, HRAs), the industry’s most widely-used benefit debit card, and powerful engagement solutions to help consumers maximize savings and optimize spending for their healthcare.

More than 500 clients – including health insurance plans, third party administrators, benefit brokers and financial institutions – leverage the Alegeus CDH platform to administer healthcare benefit accounts on behalf of their employer group customers.

The Alegeus revenue model is based on selling our platform to new clients (1st sale), ensuring that those clients effectively sell their account offerings to employer groups (2nd sale), and that those employer groups effectively drive account enrollment, activation and utilization by their employees (3rd sale). This position is a hybrid sales/marketing role intended to help optimize the 2nd sale outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategy consultation and sales support to help Alegeus clients in their efforts to win new/expanded business from employer groups 
  • Influence 2nd sales outcomes by developing relationships with Alegeus team members, clients and their employer group targets as appropriate – answering questions, providing information and guidance, recommending solutions & improvements 
  • Assist Alegeus clients with educating and preparing their sales force to successfully sell healthcare benefit account programs – including direct reps, benefit brokers and other sellers 
  • Collaborate with Alegeus clients to encourage adoption of “best practice” sales and communication strategies for territory/account planning, lead generation, sales & cross selling 
  • Content development – including PPT presentations, sales collateral, and more 
  • Deal support for strategic sales opportunities – including RFP responses, platform demonstrations, etc. 
  • Collaborate with Alegeus business analysts and leverage insights from our analytics suite to identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance 2nd sale outcomes 
  • Collaborate with the Alegeus account executive and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client interactions & support overarching account development strategies 
  • Achieve sales targets 
  • Support Alegeus sales to new clients by showcasing our “employer pre-sales support” as a differentiator 
  • Provide additional project coordination for the Alegeus Technologies marketing and sales team as needed

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Degree in a related field, including business administration, marketing or communications
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, sales strategy, or sales support
  • Prior success working with healthcare benefit accounts or other HR benefit programs strongly preferred
  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
  • Exceptional verbal, written communications and presentation skills 
  • Experience influencing sales outcomes – with a track record of achieving sales targets
