As Engagement Marketing Manager your goal is to drive utilization and engagement of Rally’s platform and programs with employer clients through developing and implementing marketing strategies that support product registration goals. It starts with building outstanding B2B relationships, supporting customers' engagement needs and reinforcing the value of their health and wellbeing program offerings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Successfully drive strategic marketing plans and collaborate with Product and Account Management teams to meet key product KPIs 
  • Develop client-specific, comprehensive marketing plans that help achieve product-specific enrollment and registration goals 
  • Implement marketing plans in partnership with clients and channel partners (i.e. UnitedHealthcare, brokers/consultants, third party vendors) throughout the year 
  • Manage client book of business, support client’s marketing and engagement needs for their Rally programs 
  • Record/update all activity in the Total Campaign Management system in Salesforce to provide visibility into specific campaigns by client by product that aid in monthly forecast and projections 
  • Partner with internal functional teams to support client strategic plans 
  • Present campaign reports, results and findings to clients, brokers and internal stakeholders on a recurring basis 
  • Configure existing assets using marketing technology and tools, and partner with other Marketing teams to create client-specific materials and campaigns 
  • Continually drive higher and higher conversion rates through innovations and testing of strategy, mediums and content

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of full-time marketing campaign experience including roles responsible for supporting a business-to-business-consumer team 
  • Experience in launching traditional marketing channel (email, direct mail) and new channels (digital marketing, SMS) 
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences 
  • Experience effectively managing client book of business and hit business KPIs 
  • Proficiency in working with key marketing tools, Salesforce and Tableau 
  • Experience working in a complex cross-functional, matrix organization. 
  • Able to analyze information across various business stakeholders, identify campaign strategies to improve the volume and velocity of registration & engagement goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Healthcare, Biotech and/or Employer Benefits experience
