A bachelor’s degree is preferred with up to three years of related experience, ideally in large-scale event operations and floor plan management.
Additionally requires good verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving ability, financial acumen, strong attention to detail and organization, a collaborative and team-oriented workstyle, superior customer service skills, the ability to manage external vendor relationships, and willingness to adapt to new technology and an ever-changing environment focused on continuous improvement to enhance the exhibitor experience.
Proficiency in floorplan management software preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for business communications, presentations, budgets, reports and data collection.
Requires the ability to travel approximately 10%.
