Footlocker.com is looking for an Experience Designer to work on the Foot Locker family of sites!

The Experience Designer will be able to apply innovative and engaging design solutions to high-level projects in a variety of formats (mobile, full site, occasional print) in a fast-paced Agile environment. Projects may include wireframe mockups, site redesigns, mobile site functionality, product display page design, responsive design concepts, campaign development, and high-level customer experience proposals and strategies across different platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of intuitive site/mobile functionality, interaction, user interfaces, navigation, and print layouts, and will research methods to apply design to solve business problems. This position will direct or participate in the initial creative process, communicate with stakeholders, collaborate with multiple contributors, and understand design execution on a variety of platforms.

User Experience Designers will require 4+ years of design or creative experience (preferably corporate or agency experience), advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, understanding of design fundamentals and current design and usability trends, and have a strong ability to independently create versions of design concepts that work within the framework of each assigned project. Candidates should be well-versed in web design concepts, mobile/site functionality and best practices, application of design in technology and social media, and have strong collaborative skills.
