CLA is seeking an external Social Media Communications Associate. The position will serve as a key member of CLA’s public relations and internal communications team, helping tell the CLA story to external audiences including media, industry influencers, and ultimately the clients CLA serves.

How you’ll create opportunities in this role:

  • Contribute to the execution of a comprehensive social media strategy to engage CLA’s key audiences and stakeholders. 
  • Develop connections across CLA’s marketing and communications functions to drive stronger results. 
  • Develop and assist with social media campaigns and plans for CLA leaders and subject matter experts. 
  • Connect with marketing, human resources, learning and development and video content teams to develop overall social media plans for the company. 
  • Connect with social media marketing leaders to coordinate overall strategies and plans across functions.

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management. 
  • Consideration will be given for experience working in the professional and/or financial services in an in-house or agency capacity. 
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
  • Strategic social media communications experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding and awareness of emerging social media platforms.
  • Ability to learn and grow in a dynamic role.
