Job Purpose and Impact

The Finance and Leadership Communications Manager (Open to Remote) will partner with the director of corporate communications to lead and execute coordinated internal communications strategies for key company priorities to shape partner perceptions. In this role, you will create and contribute to strategy and plans, build content and partner with cross functional colleagues in a global, matrixed organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop strategic internal communications plans to address complex topics and issues. 
  • Plan compelling and engaging events to reach key audiences 
  • Partner with communications colleagues and finance leaders to execute and influence in a global, matrixed organization. 
  • Use internal and external strategies to reach various audiences. 
  • Build compelling content across a variety of media. 
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience in finance communications 
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience creating communication strategies and planning 
  • Experience working with executives, internal communications, leadership communications or financial communications 
  • Financial business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Eight to Ten years of experience in communications in the financial area 
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals on all business levels 
  • Experience planning company-wide events 
  • Strong business knowledge with a proven ability to use communications to drive business strategy 
  • Ability to translate complicated messaging into easily understood language 
  • Ability to provide strategic counsel to midlevel and senior leaders 
  • Proficiency with AP style 
  • Experience working in a global company
