St. Camillus Life Plan Community is conveniently located in Wauwatosa, WI and offers a full spectrum of programs and services. Beyond our vibrant Independent Living community, we offer Assisted Living, specialized Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Short Term Rehabilitation. Our Home Health Team offers a full continuum of home health services including nursing, therapies, supportive care, geriatric care management, and hospice, wherever one calls home. St. Camillus is owned and operated by the Order of St. Camillus.

FTE: Full time-1st shift, occasional evening/weekend events

Job Objective:

Develops, manages and implements all fundraising initiatives of our charitable Foundation. Motivates, organizes and builds relationships with institutional leaders, current and potential donors, and Foundation Board of Directors.

Job Standards:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in public relations, marketing or fundraising. 
  2. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in fundraising, preferably in a supervisory role. 
  3. Strong interpersonal, public speaking and motivational abilities, ability to project confidence & generate enthusiasm from wide variety of target audiences. 
  4. Thorough knowledge of fundraising programs (planned, annual, endowment, campaigns, etc), charitable giving regulations, & acceptable accounting principles related to donations. 
  5. Demonstrated record of setting & achieving realistic fundraising goals. 
  6. Ability to safely perform all essential job functions without causing harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.
