Bellin Psychiatric Center - Hospital & Counseling Services – Includes a licensed 80-bed freestanding hospital. Bellin Medical Group – The group consists of numerous Family Medical Centers, located throughout Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, providing physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to advance the health and wellness of area residents.

Bellin Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation – A multidisciplinary acute care hospital department, two large outpatient sports medicine clinics, and the state’s largest athletic training outreach program, which services 24 local high schools.

Bellin Health Home Care Equipment – Provides durable home medical and respiratory equipment that has been approved for home use. Equipment is delivered to the home, where instructions and materials are provided on the operation and use of the equipment. Continuity of care is assured through education and communication with the physician.

Bellin Home Health Agency – Works with area physicians to help their patients maintain an independent lifestyle through assistance. Some of the services offered include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and the delivery of home health aide services.

Shift Hours: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week) 8am-5pm

Job Description:

Translate user-friendly designs into code offering patients and consumers thoughtful digital experiences. Collaborate with web designers and back-end developers to complete projects, creating wireframes and mockups of site/application designs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee development and management of Bellin website front-end including buttons, teasers, content cards, banners, menus, etc.
  • Provides technical thought leadership and expertise on all sized efforts within a functional area.
  • Leads vendor technical staff implementing and coordinating of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Understands the business needs and translates into technical plans and processes within the functional area across multiple technology domains.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for the assigned technology solutions.
  • Assist in database management and maintenance, as well as lead database migrations.
  • Critically evaluate new technologies and help us decide which to adopt.
  • Work closely with others developers and serve as the SME for questions related to security-focused front-end development.
  • Produce or improve technical documentation in the realm of information security and/or respond to requests for information.
  • Participates in setting architectural and technical standards/guidelines across the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, mathematics, or related field 
  • 5+ years of engineering experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of systems design and demonstrated leadership on small to mid-scale efforts 
  • Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • 3+ years in CMS experience (headed and headless, Drupal preference) 
  • 3+ years of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
  • 3+ years of React.js or comparable framework 
  • 2+ years in a Mobile framework or SDK 
  • 2+ years in voice design and implementation technologies (CCXML / VXML)
