We are looking for a coding rock star with a passion for technology and a track record of developing innovative high-quality, high-performing, and highly secure enterprise-level work that commands respect from your peers. Qualified candidates must possess broad and deep front-end full-stack experience with the latest web technologies, the ability to translate business requirements into the right technology solution, and superb communication and collaboration skills. The role will entail the development, support, and maintenance of a business-centric internal application that supports both internal and external users and business stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with UX designers and strategists to create prototypes of software, web and mobile applications; 
  • Create working prototypes for usability testing efforts; 
  • Create standards, best practices and governance models for front-end UI code; 
  • Work on a variety of software applications, web and mobile applications and marketing style websites; 
  • Create scalable and modular front-end architectures; 
  • Work closely with designer and developers, both locally and internationally

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5+ years’ of related experience 
  • Advanced working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript 
  • Proficient with front-end UI and JavaScript frameworks and libraries (ex. Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular.js, ReactJS, etc.) 
  • Ability to conduct unit browser testing 
  • Extensive knowledge of Magento 
  • Used Agile & Scrum Development Methodologies 
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. 
  • Familiarity with code repositories such as GitHub, Codepen, BitBucket, etc. 
  • Ability to refine designs throughout the development process due to scope change and technical limitations
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of appreciation for design 
  • High level of curiosity and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends such as AI, etc. 
  • Ability to create documentation to any degree of complexity 
  • Create user-focused product designs Excellent problem solving and design thinking skills 
  • Strong planning and organizational skills 
  • A passion for good design and an ability to resolve challenges 
  • Ability to balance user needs with business requirements

Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 annual salary

Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in DigiGrated’s management incentive plan

Benefits: includes Health Care and Dental Insurance, and eligibiity to participate in retirement savings program.

Holidays and Vacation: DigiGrated designates 7 paid holidays during the year. You will begin to earn vacation immediately upon hire, accrued up to 10 days beginning 2020, plus two paid sick days per year.
