This position will play a critical role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing relationships with donors and sponsors, and enhancing the association’s communication efforts. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising:
- Develop and execute fundraising plans.
- Identify individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations.
- Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Write grant proposals and reports to secure funding from foundations and private funders.
- Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising progress.
Communications:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the association and its initiatives.
- Create and manage content for newsletters, press releases, social media, the association’s website, and other communication channels.
- Manage the association’s social media presence, engage with followers, and build a strong online community.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms.
