Global Digital Marketing Specialist
Southeast Wisconsin

We are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing Team.

As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated digital marketing programs to accelerate customer acquisition and online conversion. This position will focus on paid search, display, web analytics, and personalization.

What will you do?

  • Plan and execute strategic approaches to digital marketing channels specifically SEM, display, social media, advertising campaign to drive ROI based on marketing intent. 
  • Collaborate with internal digital marketing teams, external agencies and other vendor partners to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across digital marketing channels to drive efforts to market 
  • Set KPI targets; measure, track, and report performance Use data to identify trends and insights in order to optimize spend and performance 
  • Assist in planning and executing A/B experiments and conversion tests with new, emerging digital capabilities 
  • Other related projects or duties may be assigned as needed.

How will you get there?

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • BS degree in marketing, business or a related field


  • Minimum 3- 5 years working experience in digital marketing with experience in B2C or B2B customer-driven digital marketing eCommerce 
  • Experience in identifying target digital audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Knowledge of 4Ps and marketing mix 
  • Familiarity with programmatic display within a DSP or an ad exchange (e.g. Adobe Ad Cloud, Sizmek, GDN) for vertical and retargeting efforts 
  • Familiarity with DMP, including 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data 
  • Experience managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns 
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics) 
  • Experience driving projects to completion
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
