Global Head of Marketing Communications, Vegetable Seeds

To support that challenge, we are currently seeking a Global Marketing Communications Head for our Vegetable Seeds team. In this role you will be responsible for the Global Marketing Communications strategy for our Vegetable Seeds division to drive revenue growth through customer connection and product promotion.


  • Develop and lead a 360-degree marketing strategy inclusive of brand, customer experience, creation of promotions, and customer reaching communication tools. 
  • Drive planning efforts and oversees execution of marketing communications plan through to completion to increase market share. 
  • Lead the Regional & Digital Marketing Communication team to deliver effective tactics aligned with customer campaigns at the regional level. 
  • Manage, concept, execute and build metrics behind all marketing inventory with the goal of building brand, increasing organizational sales, driving promotions, and supporting overall team initiatives
  • Lead a broad cross-functional team to bring each marketing and sales campaign to life across multiple channels. Develop and activate marketing plans.
  • Assist in negotiating and executing all media buys, maintain relationships with media partners and continue to create exciting promotions with them to help spread the brand in the market. 
  • Lead the development and execution of digital strategy, including social media to drive customer engagement and reach into the market which helps to support customer centricity. 
  • Develop localized marketing support for the sales force in a timely manner responding to market needs, e.g. promotions, product guides, tech sheets, plot signs, program guides. 
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns which may include promotional and paid media buys via digital, social, TV, radio, and other mediums in a targeted effort to drive sales and increase brand affinity across areas of responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • Understanding of agriculture, marketplace dynamics and customer needs. 
  • Experience in driving a global team within a matrixed organization to create a positive and effective communication strategy. 
  • Experience in working with and maintaining strong and productive relationships with internal and external clients is key. 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience across various marketing disciplines, marketing communications or product marketing
