Global Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Overview:

The Global Marketing Communications Specialist will execute the global Minnesota Rubber and Plastics marketing and communications strategy to drive brand awareness, deliver effective messaging and generate new leads globally. This position will require a detailed understanding of creative strategy and business communications.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Marketing.

Job Requirements:

Champion and oversee copywriting and visual creative execution to ensure brand-appropriate, inspired creative that meets/exceeds marketing objectives across multiple mediums:

  • Websites
  • Digital Advertising
  • Social Media
  • Video Presentations
  • Sales collateral
  • Direct Mail
  • Email
  • Trade Show Displays
  • Press Releases
  • Long-form case study and whitepaper content

Refine creative brand standards

Partner with Senior Manager of Global Marketing to define creative strategies and tactics that align with marketing objectives

Guide the ongoing development of templated solutions, balancing quality with efficiency to ensure consistency and timeliness

Identify and collaborate with external resources for optimal project results when needed

Execute on event management strategies that drive lead generation, increased awareness, and other objectives

Assist in marketing results reporting needs

Execute on marketing database maintenance needs

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong skills in Adobe/Apple and/or other creative software suites 
  • Excellent writing skills in technical industries 
  • Experience guiding the creative solutions in a B2B account based marketing organization 
  • Demonstrated results for lead generation 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems 
  • Experience with Wordpress and/or other web content management systems

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skill 
  • 2-5 years of experience in creative management, with a background in guiding both design and copywriting. 
  • 4-year college degree
