Job Purpose and Impact:
The Global Marketing Director Cargill Animal Nutrition will provide leadership and direct the development and implementation of the marketing capability within Cargill Animal Nutrition’s (CAN) Strategic Marketing & Technology (SMT) organization. In this role, you will provide support to the CAN global group and businesses across the globe to develop compelling strategies and serve as a strategic partner to sales, technical, marketing and R&D leaders to translate market, customer and consumer trends and insights into practicable actions. CAN’s portfolio spans from core nutrition offerings to premixes, complete feed, petfood all the way to young animal nutrition, digital solutions and additives (brands like Delacon, Diamond V). CAN operates in ~50 countries, with ~200 plants across all major production and companion animal species. We serve more than 50k B2B customers across the globe and millions of B2C/Indirect Channel customers. In CAN we touch the dinner plates of more than 1 billion people every single day and technically enhance more than 150M MT of feed worldwide every year.
