Graphic and Digital Designer

McDill is seeking a curious, highly-motivated Graphic and Digital Designer who has a passion for creativity and team collaboration when it comes to graphic and digital design. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, technology and problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions include:

• Develop and execute design for primarily digital content, social media, email, website and print collateral.
• Assist in internal consumer packaging design projects.

Requirements:

• Ideally a 4-year degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Fine Arts.
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud; with focus on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Portfolio of previous work that demonstrates proficiency in digital content development and implementation.
• Passionate about design principles, type, color theory and current graphic and digital design trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Video editing or animation experience a plus.
• Capable of taking direction and critique in a professional manner.
• Cross functional collaboration, active listening skills, receptiveness to team feedback and follow-through on established business priorities.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Show persistence in creative problem-solving and continuing to strive to make creative better.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
