Position Details

Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Intern
Southeast Wisconsin
Remote, WI

The ideal candidate must be organized, creative, available and willing to learn. He or she must have the ability to follow directions, create in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and produce collateral for a variety of clients. A good design sense and working computer skills are a must, but we are happy to coach the right candidate. Knowledge of Google Suite is a plus. Examples of projects might include digital email communication, newsletters, flyers, event logos, digital graphics and more. 


  • Concept and collaborate on design projects with the team.
  • Receive copy and/or a creative brief and design collateral including newsletters, flyers, digital graphics, logos, etc.
  • Make edits based on team and client feedback.
  • Provide file files for all design work.
  • Layout and design email campaigns.

This position can be part- or full-time based on availability and qualifications. Start date is as soon as possible.

  • Solid understanding of design principles and using design elements to influence behavior.
  • Able to brainstorm ideas and bring creativity to the table. 
  • Available to respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Robly, etc. is a bonus.

This is a paid internship. Rate depends on skill level. This position is remote/work from home.
