CLA is seeking a currently seeking a Graphic Designer/Project Management Coordinator who will utilize their creative abilities in graphic design, digital production, email marketing, and print communication production to deliver high quality work.

Job Responsibilities:

Graphic Design: Draft, seek approval, and finalize design projects (including ads, collateral, presentations, leave behinds, and signage). Help create, maintain, and update design templates and guides (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and MS PowerPoint). Work directly with print vendors to request estimates; prepare and submit press-ready artwork. Perform image searches and help maintain image libraries. Eye for design details, to help ensure consistent, clean application of templates.

Web Production: Create, update, and maintain web content in content management system.

Web and Social Media: Create, maintain, and modify internal and external website and social media content (images, text, documents). Participate in the development and testing of new website features and enhancements. Regular maintenance and updates for all digital platforms.

Email Campaigns: Build and distribute email marketing campaigns, including formatting, proofing, and distributing communications.

Project Management: Lead and facilitate design and other projects to successful completion, adhering to budget, maintaining vendor relationships, and promoting operational excellence within the marketing team

Technical Competencies Preferred:

  • Advanced skills in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere). 
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft (MS) Windows and MS Office software (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook), including styles and templates. Basic HTML and CSS skills.

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years related work experience in graphic design, web production, B2B marketing with CRM, email marketing, and web content management platform.
  • Education: Bachelors’ degree in a Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
