Equity & Diversity Internship—Graphic Designer

Why Join Us?

Are you a Graphic Design student who wants to focus on product graphics? Does it sound like your dream job to work on a team that shares your passions for outdoors, bikes, and everyday adventures? If so, this could be the internship for you! QBP is looking for a talented Graphic Design student or recent grad to join the creative team for summer 2022. This person will be involved with several QBP brands, working closely with Designers, Art Directors, Marketing Managers, Industrial Designers and Product Managers throughout the product design and go-to-market process.

What you will learn:

  • Interns will work with the Art Director as an integral part of the Marketing team to provide support and creative concepts. 
  • Support/assist the photographers, imaging team, and production team as needed. 
  • Work on variety of design projects ranging from product and softgoods graphics to digital campaigns. 
  • Utilize multiple techniques and software to effectively communicate and execute design from concept to production. 
  • Create portfolio-worthy work. 
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What you need to succeed:

Qualifications:

  • Currently or recent graduate of a graphic design program. Ideal candidate is completing their junior or senior year. 
  • Knowledge and experience using InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. 
  • Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premier, and/or After Effects is a plus. 
  • A good portfolio showing a variety of work. 
  • The ability to articulate and execute design that is on trend and on brand. 
  • General understanding of bicycle and outdoor culture
