Image360 is looking for an experienced Graphic Design/Production Specialist for our location in Franklin, Wisconsin. This is a full-time position. We are seeking a great team player with problem solving and Customer Service skills.

Summary of Position:

The Graphic Design/Production Specialist is responsible for producing all graphic design and job layout in compliance with the work order specifications and/or manipulates customer artwork / files to become compatible with center design and RIP software. In addition, this team member will be responsible for equipment operation to plot vinyl, print wide format images / graphics and laminate specified jobs. This team member will assist on specified sign order deliveries and graphic / signage installations at the client’s site. Additionally, this person will assist with on-site signage inspection and sign measuring tasks. This person is responsible to perform daily and weekly file storage and system maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum productivity. They will troubleshoot minor programs with computer systems and workflows, as necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides client education on proper submission of digital files. 
  • Supports Customer Service to answers customer questions and inquires. 
  • Operate plotter, laminator, wide-format equipment to produce client jobs.
  • Operate sign cutters, saws, drills, and other sign building equipment as needed. 
  • Operation of sign center installation vehicles to perform signs and graphics installations off site. 
  • Clean and maintain all equipment, and workspaces. 
  • Quality Control and Product review to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Participate in daily production meetings. 
  • Work with management to reschedule workloads as necessary to meet promised due dates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graphic Designer’s Degree from an accredited institution. (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and production. (Preferred)
  • Current driver’s license and clean driver record.
  • Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, products a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sharp attention to detail / Keen multi-tasking abilities.
  • Expertise in the following software applications: a) FlexiSign – current version (Preferred), b) Adobe Illustrator Suite – current version, and c) Microsoft Office – current version (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Experience in wide-format printer and Onyx RIP operation
  • Familiar with color management concepts and procedures
