Primary Purpose:

The Graphic Design Specialist is a valuable team member within Marketing and provides high quality graphics and design work both internally and externally. The Graphic Design Specialist is a unique role that supports the daily creative functions of the Marketing Team at FNA Group. This individual plays a vital role in capturing the voice, tone, and style of each FNA brand and its affiliates; not to mention, you will enjoy seeing your work featured in retail stores and throughout omni-channel websites.

  • Work within the creative team for strategic implementation of artwork and designs to increase brand awareness, conversations and overall revenue. 
  • Design, create and manage to completion all corporate collateral to include catalogs, presentation support, product marketing collateral, product web assets, photography, infographics, web page graphics, web banners, and special campaign creative design. 
  • Work cross-functionally within the Marketing Team units as well as Sales, Product and Engineering teams to execute the day-to-day delivery of the above-mentioned marketing collateral. 
  • Work cross-functionally with external partners and retailers to deliver creative assets for branded websites, online product listings and printed advertising. 
  • Ensure that all creative marketing collateral undergoes strict brand and content review to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. 
  • Submit regular reports on creative media and project status.
  • At least 2 years of general experience in a Creative, Advertising or Graphic Design / Visual Communications role. 
  • Proficient skills required in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as other Adobe products. 
  • Proficient skills required in Microsoft Office applications. Passion for marketing.

Education/Certification:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: College degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Digital Communications (or equivalent work experience as listed above).
