Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a deadline-oriented setting with multiple demands on their time in a team environment. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with the Marketing team and other departments within the company.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will assist with graphic design, proposals, and presentations, backup for website, eblasts, and social media. 

You will be responsible for updating brochures, corporate resumes, marketing collateral materials, and other internal supporting materials and maintainence of marketing files, ordering corporate branded apparel and assisting with client events.

You will also set up registration and travel for marketing tradeshows, order marketing supplies, coordinate and support internal events, campaigns, and committees and support clients at ground breakings and grand openings.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. 
• Ability to work independently; strong organizational skills;
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks. 
• Deadline-oriented
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks that support VJS’ corporate goals.
• 3+ years, experience in the A/E/C Industry is a plus
• Photography and editing
• Experience with printer and finishing equipment
• Drone experience a plus
