We are looking for a Graphic Designer III to create engaging and on-brand graphics for various media. The Graphic Designer III is responsible for the look and brand development of Link Corporate and property materials. This position reports to the Creative Director, Brand Manager, and works directly with other individuals within the organization, including the Senior VP, executives, and Regional Marketing Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops concepts and designs for B2B collateral materials, including property signage, leasing and development brochures, internal and external newsletters, presentation & pitch decks, white papers, event materials, board book materials and overall branding creative, etc., as needed. 
  • Maintain brand identity and visual strategy by ensuring consistency across all designs. 
  • Conceptualize and design both property and corporate marketing collateral to support the company's leasing and development efforts. 
  • Understand user interface and experience design of websites. 
  • Responsible for all photoediting and resizing for print, digital and video. 
  • Create brand and style guidelines for property and corporate marketing. 
  • Assist with in-house production and trafficking requests, including but not limited to presentation preparations, binding, copying, etc. 
  • Manage and maintain graphic files and archives, including logos, photos, sponsor materials, etc. 
  • Proficiency with responsive web design, email campaign management, and digital initiatives through various online distribution services. 
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design. 
  • Test graphics across various media, amend designs after feedback. 
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. 
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. 
  • Meeting all deadlines set by senior leadership. 
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications required. 
  • Proven graphic designing experience with 5+ years of graphic design and visual communications experience with a track record of creativity. 
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations and other graphics. 
  • Ability to conceptualize creative and original design ideas with a keen eye for aesthetics and details. 
  • Proficiency in Mac OS/Windows, Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator. 
  • Web and video experience. 
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize time to complete projects. 
  • Must be flexible and able to handle change in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Thorough understanding of the print development and production process. 
  • Strong written and verbal skills. 
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of working independently. 
  • A high degree of integrity. 
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if necessary.
