Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic
Designer to join our Investor Relations team at Monroe Capital, a leading
private credit firm. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the
Investor Relations group to design and produce high-quality marketing materials
and presentations for our investors. The ideal candidate will be experienced in
creating impactful visuals that help communicate complex financial information
clearly and effectively. You will be responsible for designing investor-facing
presentations, marketing decks, reports, and other materials to promote the
firm’s products and services.
Compensation:
It is expected that the base salary range for this position
will be $68,000-$80,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as
skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation
package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary
awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other
benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such
as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered.
