Graphic Designer, Level I (Hybrid)

NorthShore Care Supply, a fast-growing medical supply company in Green Oaks, IL is seeking to add a Graphic Designer, Level I to our team. As a Graphic Designer, Level I, you will design and assist with various creative such as packaging, sample inserts, brochures, infographics, social media, digital/website assets and more! You will be collaborating with a small team to support and tap into your creativity by bringing new ideas to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and deliver creative assets including written, photo, and video assets to align with the Brand’s voice. 
• Collaborate within and across teams and respond to feedback. 
• Identify, recommend, create, and place approved images for website, blog articles, social media and other platforms. 
• Search for stock photography and retouch as needed to adhere to brand guidelines. 
• Develop infographics, eBooks, illustrations and other creative, as needed. 
• Work with project management tools. 
• Assist with organization and cleanup of design and asset files. 
• Understand and document project requirements and ideas. 
• Collaborate with the team to launch projects. 
• Assist with photography/videography as needed. 
• Perform other duties, as assigned. 
• Option to work hybrid (Office/Remote) after training.

• Minimum of 1-2 years working/interning as a graphic designer. 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 
• Prepared to push boundaries - happy with day-to-day tasks but always looking for ways to add value. 
• Demonstrated layout, typography, color theory, photo retouching, and file preparation for both digital and print. 
• Excellent attention to detail, efficient, organized, self-starter, highly productive, and have a collaborative approach to work. 
• Comfortable following directions, receiving feedback and asking questions. 
• Ability to work and collaborate with team. 
• Expertise using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign and Dimension.
• Strong proficiency in social media posting such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
