Overview:
The Graphic Design/Video Editor is responsible for contributing to concept development and to the translation and extension of brand concepts into effective visual communication designs for digital campaigns. You will partner with internal team members as well as media agency partners to integrate video strategies into branded marketing campaigns for social and paid media channels. If you like to tell stories through content, thrive in a creative and collaborative environment, and want to work with content that expresses the outdoor lifestyle, this role is for you. You will work hands-on with several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You will be responsible for executing projects with guidance of the senior creative staff.
The Graphic Design/Video Editor should have attention to detail, be pro-active, have a strong work ethic, good customer experience / people skills in line with our company’s core values, the ability to multi-task under ever changing deadlines; have a creative eye for design, composition, typography, and image selection, with the ability to create motion graphics, edit audio and video, edit and touch up images, as well as traditional layout and print design.
A good knowledge of the following tools is required:
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Mac (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and PowerPoint. Ability to shoot video with camera, audio and lighting skills a plus.
Knowledge or skills in HTML / HTML5 / CSS and/or in any email service provider (EPS) or email content builder such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio or Content Builder) or IBM Marketing Cloud (Engage Email Builder) is also a plus.
