Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible to create and execute corporate and marketing materials. Extensive graphic design work in a variety of mediums will be a core focus. This individual has solid production skill set with basic web development and video editing capabilities and graphic assets production. Corporate and marketing collaterals will be designed for end users, internal stakeholders, and distributor representatives – all on a global basis. The Production Designer will work in our Madison (WI) location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and producing corporate and marketing materials that adhere to corporate brand guidelines. This includes (but not limited to) PowerPoint documents, brochures, spec sheets, direct mail, electronic advertising, internal HTML email communications, trade show graphics, and graphics for Accuray intranet 
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities which will ensure that the tactical marketing plan is being executed 
  • Helping build the Accuray brand identity through a well-integrated design/approval process
  • Interfacing with all levels of management and staff at Accuray. Primary contact will be with other members of the global and regional marketing team 
  • Assisting in the creation of materials which promote and substantiate the clinical advantages that Accuray offering

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a lesser degree with commensurate experience may be considered.
  • Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Some video editing capabilities for in-house development/editing of media 
  • Strong graphic design experience with pre-press production of large format printing 
  • Solid typography capabilities 
  • Strong HTML capabilities 
  • Excellent conceptual skills for brainstorming new campaigns and visual communications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong self-starting capabilities 
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move physical inventory weighing up to 25 pounds
