Join team Ampersand as a Graphic Designer, contributing to both new client creative and production artwork. Reporting to the Creative Director, this individual will be integrated across many channels and mediums including branding, traditional marketing, digital marketing, UX/web design, and more. The ideal candidate will have the creativity, drive, and ability to immediately support the production art needs of our busy agency, while continually learning and growing in client branding and new creative design capabilities.

The Graphic Designer position includes:

  • Ensuring design serves the purpose of promoting the client’s brand image and/or selling their product or service, according to the strategic plan and goals.
  • Working with the creative director to develop ad campaigns and concepts of outstanding quality for digital, print, broadcast, and other forms of promotion for agency and clients.
  • Ensuring that all design work is performed to quality expectations at each stage of each project.
  • Developing creative from inception through completion to ensure a high level of quality and maintenance of concept through approval of design.
  • Assisting in the development of proposals, marketing plans, agency blogs, and other materials as requested.
  • Executing on production artwork across traditional and digital channels.

Position Requirements:

  • 1 year applicable industry experience
  • Associates or bachelors degree preferred, but not necessary 
  • Demonstrated graphic design experience across traditional and digital channels
  • Ability to contribute in agency sales and marketing activities
  • Freelance or agency experience desired
