Aon is looking for a Graphic Designer.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. As a Graphic designer, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing and Communications.

The Graphic Designer will:

  • Partner with Design Lead (s) and internal partners to fully understand project brief and expectations 
  • Develop on-brand creative designs for high-profile, high-impact brand initiatives by translating ideas into compelling and memorable visual stories that build impact; present concepts to creative leadership and internal partners as needed 
  • Ability to handle a range of deliverables from quick-burn projects to lengthy engagements with multiple assets; ensuring meticulous file maintenance for easy handoff across global team 
  • Maintain a dedication to quality while respecting tight deadlines; proofread all deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards 
  • Collaborate and maintain positive relationships with the global creative team 
  • Be highly organized, maintain accurate and timely communications regarding project status to Account team 
  • Have hands-on knowledge of current software packages including print, digital, motion and illustration; Maintain expert literacy in Microsoft Office products 
  • Help foster a culture of creativity and inclusivity

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of two years experiences in graphic design

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field 
  • Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
